Handling Antipsychotic Medication, Long- term Evaluation of Targeted Treatment
Purpose of the study
The current guidelines advise to continue antipsychotic use at least for 1 year after remission of the complaints. However, early tapering of antipsychotics may be beneficial for functioning. The HAMLETT study examines whether following the current guidelines, or whether early tapering of antipsychotics is most beneficial for long-term functioning.
